Your responsibilities:
- Make cold calls
- Able to speak clearly and provide customer service to candidates
- Honest and proactive with your communications to candidates
- Ask probing questions and articulate our clients’ values
- Be able to take directions and run with an idea
- Attracting candidates and building relationships
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates
To get in the door you need:
- Basic computer skills (If you found this post we assume that you have them)
- Be able to take direction and learn with our teams (no brainer, right?)
- We prefer some sales experience but are willing to teach if you are willing to learn (everyone has to start somewhere!)
- Be able to make a sales pitch to people who are looking for a career change (and help those uninformed realize why their job isn’t all that great)
- Able to multitask (You know, what you do in class every day…)
- Make and Keep Commitments (integrity and follow through is a must!)
- Rockstar work ethic, backbone, and the ability to be a problem solver
