Your responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls
  • Able to speak clearly and provide customer service to candidates  
  • Honest and proactive with your communications to candidates
  • Ask probing questions and articulate our clients’ values
  • Be able to take directions and run with an idea
  • Attracting candidates and building relationships
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates  
 
To get in the door you need:
 
  • Basic computer skills (If you found this post we assume that you have them)
  • Be able to take direction and learn with our teams (no brainer, right?)
  • We prefer some sales experience but are willing to teach if you are willing to learn (everyone has to start somewhere!)
  • Be able to make a sales pitch to people who are looking for a career change (and help those uninformed realize why their job isn’t all that great)
  • Able to multitask (You know, what you do in class every day…)
  • Make and Keep Commitments (integrity and follow through is a must!)
  • Rockstar work ethic, backbone, and the ability to be a problem solver
