Comprehensive Sales Specialist

Statewide, Massachusetts

An energy services company (ESCO) focused on assessing, developing, engineering, and managing commercial energy efficiency, renewable and electric vehicle technology projects. Specifically, projects include commercial, industrial, and municipal building energy audits, project scope development, equipment specifications and ROI analysis. We work with local utilities and their incentive programs, present project analyses and provide turnkey energy efficiency project solutions for our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to tap into their Northeast market expertise and engage key partners from day one. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the energy efficiency, renewable energy, EV charging, battery storage or other relevant industries.

The position will require travel throughout Massachusetts to visit customers, conduct on-site assessments, and propose projects via a consultative sales process to close deals.

Position has a base salary determined by related and relevant experience plus an uncapped commission plan.


  • Energy efficiency assessment and sales experience
  • Results oriented – track record of delivering results, takes ownership and is accountable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is a plus
  • 2 - 5 years of directly related industry experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in various stages
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
