Growing sales of our residential and light commercial product lines through dealer and distribution channel partners.
Driving adoption of Certified IAQ Contractor Program.
Responsibility for the US Territory Sales Management Team.

Responsibilities:
Creating a strategic plan to meet and exceed Territory Sales Goals.
Provide product training and drive new product commercialization through the Dealer and Distribution networks.
Assist frontline sales representatives to overcome objections and close sales
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in concert with company-wide objectives
Develop specific plans to ensure profitable growth both short and long-term
Build and maintain strong relationships with the key channel partners.
Support Dealers, Distributors and TM’s during major meetings, conferences, trade shows, and key customer visits across your territory
Analyze performance; evaluate potential new partners and/or markets
