Project Executive - Mechanical Construction

Responsibilities: As a Construction Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with larger general contractors in the Midwest region.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Chicagoland General Contractors market, including project managers, and stakeholders within target accounts.

  3. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and articulate the benefits of our mechanical HVAC solutions, positioning our offerings as the preferred choice for construction projects.

  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

  5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the construction industry with a focus on mechanical HVAC contracting.

  2. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, design, engineering and construction processes.

  3. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships

  4. Travel: Willingness to travel within the Chicago region

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
