Mechanical Service Sales Representative

Overview:

This Service Sales Representative will have the ability to sell service for HVAC/Mechanical Systems Controls, Electrical and Plumbing applications, to primer clients within the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, Sports Arenas and other areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sell Service Contracts and Maintenance agreements 
  • Follow up on unsolicited incoming inquires for maintenance 
  • Self-Starter, will hunt for new customers, as well as follow up with clients with completed projects 
  • Estimate cost of service 
  • Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
  • Direct Sales Planning
  • Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Service for Mechanical Systems, (HVAC, Elevator, or related field) 
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
