Overview:

This Service Sales Representative will have the ability to sell service for HVAC/Mechanical Systems Controls, Electrical and Plumbing applications, to primer clients within the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education, Sports Arenas and other areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell Service Contracts and Maintenance agreements
- Follow up on unsolicited incoming inquires for maintenance
- Self-Starter, will hunt for new customers, as well as follow up with clients with completed projects
- Estimate cost of service
- Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Direct Sales Planning
- Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Service for Mechanical Systems, (HVAC, Elevator, or related field)
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
- Demonstrated sales success
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
