Their portfolio of in-house offerings allows you to solve customer issues creatively, and work with a full team of subject matter experts to handle each project through completion, with excellence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Foster a collaborative and results driven sales culture within the team

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the California market
- HVAC, Controls, Lighing, Building Envelope, Solar, Batteries and/or EV Charging
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders

Client Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights and contribute to overall company strategy.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred
Experience Qualifications:
- Must have experience with ESPC or UESC contract vehicles
- Demonstrated success selling complex, customer-focused Solutions
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
- Ability to travel within the state of California as needed
