Known for going above and beyond, our client a Refrigeration design build contractor is looking for a Construction Project Manager!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Budget Management:
- Estimate project costs and develop budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.

Procurement and Resource Management:
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives while maximizing efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards relevant to refrigeration projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications.

Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Generate comprehensive progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
