Business Development Specialist

Overview:

Our client, a very well known General Contractor is looking for a growth oriented Project Manager within the Minnesota market. 


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential opportunities and track progress using Coesential or other CRM tools.
  • Facilitate professional meetings and presentations.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and engage with current and prospective clients.
  • Conduct research and data gathering for project development.
  • Maintain proactive communication with financial managers, architects, and engineers to address client needs.
  • Secure contracts for both short- and long-term projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the local government sector and experience working with governing boards.
  • Proven track record in business development and building productive client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in public relations and finance is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Commitment to maintaining high integrity and ethical standards.
