Regional Sales Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee sales operations and drive growth in key markets across the Greater New England area (Boston). This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced organization committed to excellence and career development. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales, this role offers significant potential for upward mobility and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team of approximately 10+ representatives, managing key accounts and partnerships with 3-6 holding companies.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds performance goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key clients, focusing on owner-direct service and project sales in sectors such as HVAC, plumbing, elevators, FIS, and controls.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and spearhead regional expansion efforts to align with the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align regional sales strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a sales leader managing teams and driving results in relevant industries (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, controls, etc.).
  • Strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on team performance and professional development.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if paired with strong industry experience.
