Director of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and coordinate high-level projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with organizational goals. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in operations or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
