Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for driving the sales of integrated security solutions to a diverse range of clients, including those in the commercial, industrial, higher education, and municipal sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential customers, assess their security needs, and deliver customized solutions that meet their specific goals. The Account Executive will oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to proposal presentations, deal closures, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
3+ years of experience in the integrated security systems industry.
Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the construction process and owner-direct negotiated process are essential.
Successful experience selling traditional plan & spec bid and design-build projects to contractors and direct to owners. Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong proposal development and writing skills.
Proven experience managing the development of complex project solutions, estimates, and proposals.
