About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, National Sales Manager to drive aggressive growth across key U.S. markets for our industry-leading exterior building services. Candidate will help win and develop sales structure around multi-site projects with property management giants like Greystar, JLL, & Cushman & Wakefield and then mobilize subcontractors to execute the work with speed and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales strategy and execution across target regions, with a focus on high-volume, multi-site exterior renovation projects
Build strong relationships with national and regional property management firms and asset managers
Identify and close new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and boots-on-the-ground activity
Oversee a team of regional reps and help scale their efforts across growing markets
Coordinate project fulfillment by sourcing and managing subcontractor crews to meet quality and schedule expectations
Work closely with internal ops, estimating, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Attend regional trade shows, industry events, and PM association meetings to build pipeline and brand awareness
What We’re Looking For:
A candidate that is hungry, driven, and never satisfied with average
Proven track record of B2B sales success and sales management in building materials, construction, or property services
10+ years of outside sales experience, with 5+ in a leadership or national role preferred
Familiarity with property management sales cycles and decision-makers
Ability to build and manage sub relationships for job execution
Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% — this is a field-forward role
