Overview:
A rapidly growing ESCO is looking to for a proven Operations Manager to oversee all Project Managers and their teams in the Phoenix or California market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Turnkey project leadership
- Responsible for oversight of all operations to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goals
- Will work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion as well as revenue goals
- Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
- Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite
- MBA Preferred
Experience Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Organized and great at managing time
- Proven leadership overseeing engineering, technicians, and/or support staff
- Must be comfortable in a client interfacing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
