Company in the energy services industry is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships with large corporate clients across the U.S. The company delivers turnkey energy efficiency, sustainability, and infrastructure upgrade projects, working with some of the most recognizable brands in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with national corporate clients, particularly in commercial real estate, retail, industrial, and healthcare
  • Sell multi-measure energy projects (e.g., lighting, HVAC, controls, EV infrastructure, and renewables).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage case studies and targeted campaigns that open doors and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain an active pipeline of high-potential prospects.
  • Navigate long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the energy services, sustainability, or building systems industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing complex solution-based sales with national or multi-site clients.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency technologies, performance contracting, or ESG-driven capital improvements is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferably based in the Atlanta area or willing to relocate.
