Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead restoration and masonry projects from start to finish. This individual will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership. While prior industry experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with strong project management backgrounds from any construction, industrial, or technical field who are eager to learn and lead in a new environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple restoration and masonry projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal crews to ensure project alignment and success.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety and quality standards.

  • Manage and mentor project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead project meetings, progress reports, and client communications.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, masonry, industrial services, or related fields.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
