Position Overview: The Site Superintendent will serve as the on-site representative for the Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of multiple energy-related and construction projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the operations team—particularly in South Carolina—by overseeing field activity, maintaining safety standards, and driving project progress from the ground up. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the on-site lead for multiple construction projects, acting as the “eyes and ears” for the Project Management team.
• Oversee AMI meter installation and replacement projects
• Manage solar and battery backup projects
• Provide field oversight for smaller solar and general construction jobs across the Southeast.
• Ensure all site activities meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Maintain a working understanding of project financials and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with internal operations, engineering, and management teams.

• 10+ years of experience in general construction, site supervision, or related field operations.
• Strong understanding of field logistics, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Experience in solar or energy-related projects preferred, but not required.
• Proven commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, travel-heavy environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Remote-based position with regular travel to project sites (up to 250 miles from Greenville, SC).
• Majority of work performed on-site; occasional travel for team meetings or new project mobilization.
• Reports directly to the Project Manager and collaborates closely with the regional operations team.
