We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the industrial and energy services space. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical service offerings, experience selling into commercial or industrial clients, and a track record of closing complex deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, and market analysis.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial, construction, or energy services
Proven ability to develop new business and close complex, consultative deals
Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to communicate value to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with engineers, project managers, or operations teams to deliver client solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
