A leading manufacturer of industrial safety solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive explosive revenue growth across the Central Midwest (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, and Oklahoma). This is a high‑performance, high‑reward role for a sales closer who can sell premium, value‑engineered products to major players in Food & Beverage, Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)
- Close big deals. Drive new business and expand existing accounts to exceed aggressive sales quotas.
- Sell on value, not price. Articulate why a premium solution delivers superior ROI.
- Own your territory. Operate like the CEO of your region—hunting, prospecting, and winning across all organizational levels, from safety managers to the C‑suite.
- Break into major capital projects. Secure product specifications and lock in high‑value project wins.
- Influence design decisions. Build strong relationships with engineering specifiers, architects, and key decision‑makers.
- Leverage partner networks. Expand relationships within the partner ecosystem to accelerate deal flow.
- Deliver results. This is a performance‑driven role with significant earnings upside for true closers.
- Be in front of customers. Travel 50–75% to meet clients, build relationships, and close deals.
What We Need (The Ideal Hunter Profile)
- Proven track record of smashing quotas and driving new business in a hunter‑style role.
- 10+ years selling manufactured or engineered products to end‑users, fabricators, or contractors.
- 5+ years selling into capital projects with experience influencing basis‑of‑design specifications.
- Expert prospector with the ability to identify decision‑makers and break into new accounts.
- Competitive, driven, and comfortable in high‑stakes sales environments.
- Experience selling into Food & Beverage, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace is a plus.
- Ability to sell premium solutions—discount‑driven sellers will not succeed here.
