Overview:
This national organization is interested in appointing a Director of Integration within the Midwest! In this role, you own the leadership and execution for successful delivery of post-acquisition integration efforts. Alongside the Vice President of M&A and other business unit leaders, you will work to ensure the process and financial health of the organization coincide with their standard playbook and revenue objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Mergers and Acquisitions team
- Suggest any possible solutions ahead of time, during diligence stages
- Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders, current acquired organizations, potential targets, and their leaders
- Ensure effective development of processes, minimizing risks
- Identify and execute action items as they arise regarding all integration and financial health requirements and deadlines
- Act as point of contact for involved parties
Qualifications:
- Must have held prior P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or 10+ years of experience
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Must be familiar with HVAC, Engineering, or a related Commercial Contracting business
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence and Post-Acquisition actives
- Experiernece with Change Management techniques and their implementation
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
