About the Role:
We’re helping a well-established electrical contractor in the Twin Cities area find an experienced Project Manager. This person will handle commercial design-build projects from estimating through completion. The right candidate will know how to lead crews, manage budgets and schedules, and keep customers happy while getting the job done right.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish

• Oversee design-build work per NEC and all electrical standards

• Direct field teams and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors

• Schedule and plan work to stay on time and on budget

• Maintain communication with owners, engineers, and architects

• Visit job sites as needed and ensure work meets safety and quality standards

• Stay current on electrical codes, technology, and best practices

• Handle customer service and problem-solving as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in electrical design and/or project management

• Strong knowledge of commercial or design-build electrical work

• Familiar with NEC and electrical construction codes

• CAD experience a plus

• Experience with Accubid estimating software preferred

• Solid organization and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
