About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Equipment Rentals Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving rental revenue by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC equipment rentals within the assigned territory or industry vertical.
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, facilities managers, and decision-makers.
o Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience from inquiry to delivery and return.
• Sales Execution:
o Create tailored rental solutions by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate HVAC equipment.
o Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Market & Industry Analysis:
o Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the HVAC sector.
o Provide market feedback to inform product and service improvements.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of rental equipment.
o Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience in HVAC sales, rental equipment sales, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including cooling towers, chillers, air handlers, and portable units.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with contractors, industrial facilities, or commercial real estate clients.
• Familiarity with rental contract terms and operational logistics.
