Overview:

Our client is a National Energy Services provider with an industry leading suite of facilities management and infrastructure improvement offerings. They are looking for an individual who is interested in becoming a Sales Leader! This person needs to be located in the Los Angeles Metro Area.  


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for oversight of all sales personnel - includes reps selling preventative maintenance agreements as well as turnkey retrofit projects. 
  • Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
  • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values 

Qualifications:
  • 5 + years demonstrating effective strategic sales leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
