- Analyze plan drawings of Lighting, Power, Tele/Data, Security, Fire Alarm, and One-Line Riser diagrams.
- Preparation of electrical infrastructure system documentation for design record utilizing AutoCAD/Microsoft Office Suite
- Preparation of electrical infrastructure system estimates and proposals for bid from either self-engineered bid packages or outside prepared (Plan and Specified) bid packages
- Directing and managing field crews for installation of electrical infrastructure systems
- Development and execution of electrical infrastructure commissioning documentation
- Preparation of AS-BUILT documentation utilizing ACAD/Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Position may require up to 30% travel; predominantly domestic travel but may include the occasional international travel of short duration (most trips are 3-5 days)
- Professional appearance and interaction with clients
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Clean criminal background and credit history
- Must be a self-motivated individual
- Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)
- Proficient in the use of the following relevant software packages:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD
- Electrical Bid Manager (EBM) or similar electrical estimating package
- Overall electrical infrastructure design, operation, and equipment selection
- Plus Items:
- Experience with Electrical System Studies (SKM Power Tools)
- Experience with Fire Alarm Systems
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Construction related field
