As a Maintenance Sales Representative, you will work alongside a team known for their reputation, streamlined process, and execution strategy. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong desire to hunt for new customers and provide valuable service solutions 
• Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
• Strong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical service, Electrical Service, Elevator Service, Facilities Service, or a related service oriented field 
• Direct Sales Planning
• Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
• Demonstrated sales success
• Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
