A rapidly growing commercial and industrial roofing contractor is looking for a Service Sales Representative to develop a commercial roofing professional with relevant experience and knowledge to partner with high level leadership in an established territory in the Dallas area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target owner direct selling preventative maintenance contracts, and service
- Strong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularly
- Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Technical understanding of the various materials and solutions in commercial/industrial roofing
- Direct Sales Planning
- Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
- Local Travel 50%
Education Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite
Experience Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional commercial roofing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
