Project Sales Executive

Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
Overview:

A rapidly growing commercial and industrial roofing contractor is looking for an Account Executive to take over a multi-million dollar BOOK OF BUSINESS, with experience and knowledge to partner with high level leadership in an established territory in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Target owner direct selling re-roofing projects and new construction work
  • Strong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularly
  • Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
  • Technical understanding of the various materials and solutions in commercial/industrial roofing
  • Direct Sales Planning
  • Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
  • Local Travel 50%
 
Education Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suite

Experience Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional sales service experience
  • Competitor experience in commercial roofing industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
