Overview:

Our Client, an organization well known for project execution and engineering excellence is looking for there next Senior Energy Engineer within the Southern California market. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine and assess a customer’s needs and provide energy-efficient solutions
• Identify energy conservation measures, develop project scope, calculate energy savings, articulate conceptual design of energy efficiency projects
• Work with engineering, other sales and marketing and operational personnel to develop responses to customer RFP’s and in negotiating and developing contracts

Education Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a four-year science degree
• PE, CEM, LEED AP Certifications are a plus but not required

Experience Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of related industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
• Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
• Able to travel more than 25%
