Senior Project Manager (Building Design)
Long Beach, CAA regional developer of large scale energy efficiency solutions is looking for a Project Manager in the Long Beach and Irvine Markets. The Senior PM will be a key member of the project delivery team and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of large scope, multi-million dollar turn-key energy efficiency projects.
This position will require a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in construction management for energy solutions projects. Significant HVAC, Building Automation, and Lighting experience is required. Additional experience with CHP projects and renewable technology a strong plus. The position will require limited overnight travel due to most projects taking place in a small regional geography.
