Overview:
Our Client, known for their recent significant growth and completing challenging projects on time, is searching for an HVAC Controls Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. 
 
Job Duties and Position Responsibilities: 

• Manages the development of project, and oversees project activities to ensure quality and meet deadlines
• Participate in pre-bid and turn over meetings to evaluate the accuracy of sales estimate and layout
• Responsible for re-estimating reports, utilizing financial and monthly forecasting documents to manage project cost and minimize over spending
• Effectively bids and selects reliable sub-contractors
• Communicate with trade partners 
• Participates in final job site walk through and ensures all aspects of the project are completed

 
Experience Qualifications:
 

• 5+ years of related industry experience
• Understanding of Building Automation/ HVAC systems​
• Must have strong communication, comprehension and organization skills
