Off-Site Construction Account Executive

Think about a literal one-stop shop, that specializes in large mechanical & electrical systems like Central Utility Plants, for clients in the Industrial, Healthcare, and other intricate Markets.

Working alongside the C-Suite, this Off-Site Construction Account Executive will help build-out a previously untouched market, supported by a full development & engineering team. You will be given the guidance and resources needed to help bring your career to the next step! 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify opportunities, qualify, and support during the sales cycle 
  • Consistently drive the company's value add with clients, construction partners, architects, engineers and end users
  • Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
  • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment by modeling the company values 
  • Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to a non-technical audience
  • Some overnight travel maybe required


Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Acumen 
  • 7+ years demonstrated effective and strategic complex sales experience 
  • Direct experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Design Assist projects 
  • Must be able to understand at a high-level complex Mechanical/Electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS project software suite
