Our client is looking for a Director of Human Resources and Administration.  This individual will be responsible for developing a plan for: 
  • Staffing and talent strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, and retention, cross-cultural collaboration, professional development
  • Internal communication processes
  • Performance management
  • Benefits programs and payroll, including researching, implementing, and maintaining salary scales
  • Staying current and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to personnel management 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred, in a field like Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experiences across a wide range of competencies
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters, contribute to collaborative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to create an modify HR policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
