Our client is looking for a Director of Human Resources and Administration. This individual will be responsible for developing a plan for:
- Staffing and talent strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, and retention, cross-cultural collaboration, professional development
- Internal communication processes
- Performance management
- Benefits programs and payroll, including researching, implementing, and maintaining salary scales
- Staying current and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to personnel management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred, in a field like Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experiences across a wide range of competencies
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters, contribute to collaborative teams
- Demonstrated ability to create an modify HR policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
