Our Client, a well-known, vendor-agnostic ESCO is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their San Francisco, California team! This entrepreneurial organization solves issues creatively, with a full team of subject matter experts to handle each project post completion. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Identification and qualification of Energy Savings sales opportunities 
  • Analyze and prioritize customer financial and strategic goals, monitor and record key business results, and create complex financial solution strategies
  • Manage internal sales processes, work alongside operations for resource planning 
  • Participate in associated professional organizations 

Education Qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred 

Experience Qualifications: 
 
  • Must have experience with/ knowledge of Energy Solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, customer-focused Solutions 
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
