Service Contracts Administrator/Dispatcher

Our client is looking to bring on an individual to coordinate service contracts

This role will involve
  • Creating and managing preventative work orders
  • Escalating any exceptions
  • Maintain current and accurate status of work order assignments
  • Provide weekly updates to management
  • Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with dispatch
  • Work with purchasing to coordinate delivery of materials
  • Ensure tasks are completed and filed accurately
Qualifications 
  • Good organizational and follow up skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer savvy
