Our client is looking to bring on an individual to coordinate service contracts
This role will involve
- Creating and managing preventative work orders
- Escalating any exceptions
- Maintain current and accurate status of work order assignments
- Provide weekly updates to management
- Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance activities
- Coordinate with dispatch
- Work with purchasing to coordinate delivery of materials
- Ensure tasks are completed and filed accurately
Qualifications
- Good organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer savvy
