Overview:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships with landlords, facilities managers, and property managers
- Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for products and services.
- Understand our customers and market forces to effectively assist in selling quoted jobs and price escalation
- Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures of HVAC equipment, Plumbing, and Refrigeration systems
- Support existing customers and their HVAC/Mechanical Needs
- Basics of QA/AC, Time Management, Survey, Pricing, Account Expansion, Organized, Problem Solving,
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customers needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving reccord.
- Ability to clime laders
