Service Account Manager

Overview:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships with landlords, facilities managers, and property managers 
  • Prepare material estimates and cost estimates for products and services. 
  • Understand our customers and market forces to effectively assist in selling quoted jobs and price escalation 
  • Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures of HVAC equipment, Plumbing, and Refrigeration systems 
  • Support existing customers and their HVAC/Mechanical Needs 
  • Basics of QA/AC, Time Management, Survey, Pricing, Account Expansion, Organized, Problem Solving, 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customers needs. 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving reccord. 
  • Ability to clime laders
