Job Summary:
As the President of a full-service pool builder construction company specializing in high-end luxury pools and outdoor living construction, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company's success, growth, and profitability. This role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, including business development, project management, client relations, financial management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion, staying ahead of industry changes.

Business Development:
  • Lead business development efforts to acquire high-end luxury pool construction projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Explore new markets and partnerships to drive business growth.

Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.

Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enhance the overall client experience throughout the construction process.

Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies and monitor financial performance against targets.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

Team Leadership:
  • Provide strong leadership to the management team and foster a positive work culture.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet the company's objectives.
  • Encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  • Mitigate risks through effective planning and implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.

Brand Management:
  • Uphold and enhance the company's brand image in the luxury pool and outdoor living construction market.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract high-profile clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry, preferably within a service solution space.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
