Service Sales Representative

San Jose, California
Overview:

This employee-centric organization, specializes in creating and delivering specialty projects throughout the California Market. Work with team with a proven reputation, process, and execution strategy- in a culture that makes team-collaboration and success the focal point of their work. This Service Sales Representative will have the ability to sell service agreements and projects for HVAC, Building Automation/Controls, and Plumbing solutions, to primer clients within the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Sports Arenas and other areas. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts, targeting owner direct clients selling Service Contracts and Retrofit Projects
  • Strong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularly, and ability to manage existing relationships
  • Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
  • Strong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical service
  • Direct Sales Planning
  • Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Mechanical Systems
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
