Overview:
This employee-centric organization, specializes in creating and delivering specialty projects throughout the California Market. This Service Sales Representative will have the ability to sell service agreements and projects for HVAC, Building Automation/Controls, and Plumbing solutions, to primer clients within the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Sports Arenas and other areas.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts, targeting owner direct clients selling Service Contracts and Retrofit Projects
- Strong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularly, and ability to manage existing relationships
- Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Strong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical service
- Direct Sales Planning
- Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
Qualifications:
- Understanding of Mechanical Systems
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
- Demonstrated sales success
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
