Job Title: Vice President of Sales Location: Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, Phoenix, Houston, Indianapolis Position Overview: The Vice President of Sales will be a dynamic leader responsible for scaling our service operations across multiple geographies, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer relationships through a robust, standardized services sales framework. This role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in expanding regional and/or national sales teams, setting strategic direction, and building long-term customer loyalty through continuous service and maintenance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand service across multiple regions.
Identify and penetrate new markets while increasing market share in established territories.
Forecast sales projections, set performance targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
Team Leadership and Expansion:
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Directors across various geographies (10-12 sales reps currently)
Implement a structured onboarding and training program to equip regional sales leaders with the skills and knowledge required for success.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Standardization and Process Optimization:
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales scripts, and language guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions and service quality.
Develop and implement standardized sales reporting and performance tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
Regularly assess and refine processes for maximum efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
Customer Retention and Maintenance Programs:
Develop and oversee comprehensive customer retention strategies to enhance long-term relationships and increase repeat business.
Create tailored maintenance programs that add value, address customer needs, and reinforce service excellence.
Continuously gather and act upon customer feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on service expansion and multi-regional operations.
Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams across various geographies.
Proven track record of developing and implementing standardized processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
