Overview:
Our client, a leading Pre-Fabrication and Mechanical Modular Solutions Manufacturer is looking for a selling leader within the construction market in the Midwest. Here, you would be tasked with building the Midwest business, supported by a project development & engineering team and resources to support you developing strategic initiatives around Off-Site Construction and Modular technical systems. This organization's offering allows for a single source for manufacturing, design and robust quality, faster construction scheduling/project completion, and eliminates clashes and confusion during the project!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, qualify, and support during the sales cycle
- Consistently drive the company's value add with clients, construction partners, architects, engineers and end users
- Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
- Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment by modeling the company values
Qualifications:
- 8 + years demonstrated effective strategic complex sales and business development acumen
- Must have direct experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Design Assist projects
- Must be able to understand at a high-level complex Mechanical/Electrical systems
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
