Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Target new owner direct clients selling Service Contracts and repair services
- Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
- Strong technical acumen as it relates to commercial roofing
- Direct Sales Planning
- Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff
Qualifications:
- Selling construction services to commercial and industrial clients
- 3+ years of related construction industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
- Demonstrated sales success
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
