Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Target new owner direct clients selling Service Contracts and repair services
• Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities
• Strong technical acumen as it relates to commercial roofing
• Direct Sales Planning
• Coordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staff

Qualifications:

• Selling construction services to commercial and industrial clients
• 3+ years of related construction industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
• Demonstrated sales success
• Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
