POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing innovative marketing strategies that will expand our presence statewide, boost brand awareness, drive business growth, and strengthen our lifelong customer relationships.

Reporting directly to the COO, this role involves managing five key marketing workstreams: Enterprise Marketing Support, Public Relations, Internal Communications, Traditional Business Development, and Digital Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initially manage a 3rd Party Marketing Agency while personally implementing several key deliverables.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record of innovative campaigns across multiple mediums (SMM, Ad, PPC, Email, Mail, Radio) that drive sales and revenue.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools, optimizing website content and structure for SEO.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project manage a 3rd Party Ad Agency.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through M&A and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage all product-specific literature.
  • Oversee or conduct photography and video production for various marketing mediums.
  • Assist in managing internal communications and support leadership communications.
  • Exhibit expertise in Project Management and Budgeting with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Provide a sample of work and/or complete a skills test prior to hiring.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven success in high-ROI Ad, PPC, and SMM campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing industries, or experience in AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in marketing and thought leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of comprehensive marketing experience.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify or other Graphic User Interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Expertise in managing SMM and ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in project management of 3rd Party Marketing Agencies.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Experienced with CRM platforms (e.g., Service Titan, HubSpot).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
