A private and National client within the Building Automation and Controls space, is looking for a General Manager for their Seattle Location. Here you will be asked to strategize and implement efforts to grow the local market, while responsible for day-to-day business operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement market growth strategies
- Lead and develop all sales and operations leaders and team members
- Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within company
- Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment by modeling the company values
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Building Automation and Controls projects and systems
- SPIN and Strategic Selling sales model, or equivalent
- 10 + years demonstrating effective strategic sales leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving
